Strawberries & Cream Cocktail
- 8 large strawberries
- ¼ cup coconut water
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Vanilla Powder
- 16 ounces soda water
- 8 ounces vodka
- ice
In a blender, blend 6 strawberries and the coconut water until you’ve got a fine puree - this should make about 1 cup of strawberry puree.
In a cocktail shaker, add the 1 cup of strawberry puree, the heavy cream, vanilla powder, vodka, and a little ice. Shake well until combined.
Pour over glasses of ice, and top each glass with soda water. Garnish with remaining strawberries and enjoy!
