Heirloom Tomato Salad

- 3 large heirloom tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onions
- Green onion for garnish
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Italian Herb Blend
- Salt to taste

In a blender, combine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and slowly add in olive oil.
Toss tomatoes and red onions together, then coat with dressing. Garnish with green onion and enjoy!
